2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (such as account credentials, work email, and billing details) as well as telemetry data generated by your configured agents (execution durations, model tags, token counts, error codes, and traces).
If configured in Metadata-Only Mode, we strictly do not receive or store prompt payloads, completion bodies, or user conversation text.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and optimize our observability and governance platform, calculate accurate span-end cost attributions, enforce user-configured runtime policies, and generate compliance audit evidence.
4. Client-Side PII Scrubbing
When utilizing the init(redact_pii=True) SDK option, sensitive identifiers such as names, phone numbers, credit card numbers, and SSNs are redacted locally before telemetry is transmitted over TLS 1.3.
